How Do We Start The Process?

It’s pretty simple really, but it all starts off a fundamental understanding – that there will always be open and honest communication between us.  This isn’t just a fundamental thing in how we do business, but forms the basis of all great long-standing relationships.  And that’s exactly what we aim to achieve with each and every company we work with. 

Without this, we cannot effectively achieve what your goals and in all honesty (yes we’re starting this now), we won’t work well together.  So if you can’t commit to this, probably stop reading now.

Speaking of commitment, that’s where the process formally begins.

Step 1:  Commitment Assessment
Your future success comes down to your willingness to change. If you’re ready to accept the help of an expert, work tirelessly and embrace a new path for your business, you’ll be in a great position to achieve amazing results.

Step 2: Issues Analysis
Before getting started, we’ll get to know each other a little better on a quick call to discuss your business performance, current challenges and plans for the future.  We know that we can’t do everything, so we’ll put our hand up at the start to quickly identify where and how we can help you.  In areas that we can’t help you, we’ll point you to our trusted network of amazing experts who specialise in a variety of fields including accountants, lawyers and leasing experts.

Step 3: Research and Analysis
To help create change, we must first understand your business intimately.  This isn’t just about you, but your entire team, the workflows, systems and processes you employ.  We deep dive into understanding what the owner wants to achieve, and translating that vision into their team holistically.  If you’re a pharmacy, we even work in your business (yes as a Pharmacist with the white jacket on), get onboarded into your team to understand your inner sanctum.

Step 4: Strategy & Planning
Problems in the pharmacy industry are unique and widespread – so every response must be carefully tailored to each business based on its culture, physical space and team capabilities. At the end of the day, it’s your business, not ours. That doesn’t mean we don’t approach your business like our own, but means that we involve you at every step of the way.  We develop a plan of attack together so that your vision is achieved.

Step 5: Implementation
Successful businesses are action-taking businesses, so the final stage is to put our approach into practice. Bespoke solutions require bespoke implementation strategies – so we’ll work as a team (including your leaders and key team members) to quickly and effectively achieve your business goals. If the trajectory is a little slower than anticipated, we can take more time to train and develop your talent.  Unlike other consultants, we don’t just drop off a report and leave you to it.  And on the other extreme, we don’t step in and do it all for you.  We implement with you and your team so that when we step out of your business, you can be assured to that you’re left with positive long-lasting change.

Step 6: Accountability
There’s no point putting a plan in place without holding you and your team to the standard required to achieve what we set out to do.  At the end of the day, the ultimate success or failure of your business comes down to you.  It’s the level of determination and grit that will help lead you to success.  That’s why accountability plays such a huge part in what we do.
