How Do We Work Together?

Life is about interactions, not transactions“.  You’ll often hear Zamil say this.  But not just say this, but truly believe it.  For this is our mantra which translates into everything we do.  And in a Post-Covid world, we’ve seen firsthand the importance of meaningful interactions and the innate human need to feel connected.

Change is the biggest igniter of fear and resistance in most organisations.  Managing change effectively and efficiently comes down to our ability to connect with you and your team.  Connection therefore, whether in-person or remotely is critical to build the following things from the onset:

We also aim to embed ourselves into your organisation to become “a part of your team”.  If you’re a pharmacy owner, we’ll work in your business, running your business as if it was our own so that we can deep dive into your culture, performance, team dynamics, workflows and systems.  This gives owners a much clearer picture about the inner workings of their business, particularly in their absence.

Thanks to technology, we work with organisations and teams all over Australia.  At some point in time though, we always aim for some face-to-face interactions and either come to you, or you to us.  This is particularly important for the planning sessions we run with you and your leadership teams.
