Now more than ever we’re faced with the need to translate our clinical knowledge into ways to do things smarter not harder, and differently not the same.
But not just for ourselves, but for the businesses we work in,
for the communities we serve, and the patients we help.
But while being a healthpreneur can be lonely,
it surely doesn’t have to be.
My name is Zamil Solanki, and it’s awesome to meet you.
For the past 3 decades, I’ve been immersed in the
healthcare industry where I’ve worked with hundreds of students, early career practitioners and business owners to help them create the entrepreneurial skills needed to work in, grow, lead, run and own successful health businesses.
And now I get to share it with you!
Listening to health leaders from all over the world, the one-thing in common is that they are looking, and prepared to pay very well, for talent with the X factor.
So for over two years, I’ve been working to develop an industry leading training program to create just that.
The X Factor, or The Entrepreneurial Skillset encompasses the key areas of mindset, leadership, planning,
marketing, and sales.
We’ve also brought in industry experts from other fields to
share their wisdom and how we can apply their lessons
into our healthpreneurial journey.
Rome wasn’t built in a day. And neither is transforming your clinical mindset into an entrepreneurial one.
So we won’t rush our time together for the sake of it.
Over the course of a year, each week, you’ll join us in a weekly module, practical activity to implement your learnings, and face-to-face coaching all from the comfort of your home, school or workspace.
This program is designed specifically to give you the real world skills to thrive in the healthcare industry, and to unlock your superpowers to help transform everything: your career, your relationships, your business skills, your wealth and your mind.
The program is divided into weekly modules, activities, and coaching calls. Each module goes for 30-45 minutes, followed by a 30-45 minute activity to turn the what and the why, into practical steps to ensure you understand the HOW. As an added bonus, we’ll also be hosting weekly coaching calls that will go for 45-60 minutes to help you achieve your goals.
The video modules cannot be downloaded, however members do have access to some downloadable content including activity attachments, worksheets and guides.
Once you complete all steps of the registration process, you will receive your login details via email. Be sure to check your SPAM folder if you don’t receive anything within 10 minutes. Face-To-Face: About an hour each week for group coaching calls
Self-Guided: About 1-2 hours each week to go through the module, activity and to engage with and support your fellow peers in the Foundations community (remember you learn best by supporting and teaching others along their healthpreneurial journey too)
The Foundations program including the weekly group coaching calls goes for 12 months from the date of Membership. IP addresses are used by your computer every time you are connected to the Internet. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers on the network to identify your computer. IP addresses are automatically collected by our web server as part of demographic and profile data known as traffic data so that data (such as the Web pages you request) can be sent to you.

Imagery
We will seek your consent prior to any taking of a photograph/image and the use (i.e. the publication) of the photo/image. In some cases that consent may be implied, for example, the taking of photos at functions to be used in printed or digital publications. If the photo or image contains sensitive information about a person (for example, information relating to their health), we will obtain the relevant person’s consent to take the photo/image and specify the uses to which it may be put.
This consent should be informed and freely given and signed by the individual whose information is to be collected and disclosed.
Child protection legislation requires that where the photo or image is that of a child, the child’s parent or guardian must give permission.
Where the person under 18 years is sufficiently mature to consent on their own behalf, that person’s consent should also be obtained.
Under the Privacy Act consents can be revoked at any time. If this occurs, we will take all reasonable steps to cease using the image or photo from the time the consent is withdrawn.
Social Media
Zamil Solanki has a number of social media pages, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter. Comments posted on these are open to the public. If you upload content to these pages, you should be aware that your information is collected by the company operating the social media platform. You should refer to the privacy policy of that social media company for information on how the organisation collects, uses and discloses personal information. We may collect personal information from published social media posts that you have uploaded to those platforms.
We take preserving and protecting a person’s identity very seriously and it is a key responsibility and right of all our staff, customers and partners.
We maintain the confidentiality and security of personal information by restricting access to only those staff and service providers with a legitimate need to access it.
In our organisation, personal information may be stored both electronically and in hard-copy form. We are committed to keeping your personal information secure regardless of the format in which we hold it and we take all reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, you use our website and related online platforms at your own risk and we accept no responsibility, whether we are deemed to have been negligent or not, in the event of a security that affects your privacy.

We do not disclose any personal information to overseas entities however information stored on our servers may be hosted overseas. The policies related to storage of data and information is detailed under Protection and Security.
If we hold personal information about you, and we do not need that information for any purpose for which the information may be used or disclosed, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify that information unless we are prevented from doing so by law.
To unsubscribe from our e-mail database, please send us a request via the Contact page noting your request to unsubscribe from our database including your email address.
If you believe that there has been a breach or potential breach of this Privacy Policy or the privacy legislation, please contact us via the Contact page. We take breaches seriously and have procedures to help identify and resolve a breach, potential breach or complaint as quickly as possible. You will be notified of the process for dealing with the breach or potential breach. Your complaint will be thoroughly investigated and a response provided within 30 business days. We are obligated to regularly review and update this Privacy Policy. We therefore reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.
